Pick Up & Returns
How Does The Contactless Pickup Work?
Answer : Our process is 100% digital. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement to sign and upload a photocopy of your driver’s license, and insurance card. Once complete you will receive a receipt with the gate code, combo lock code, and spot number. Please take any photos of any damage on pickup.
How Do I Return The Trailer If No One Is There?
Answer : Park the trailer in the designated spot that you picked it up from, secure the hitch lock. Please text 4 photos of the trailer on all sides to show the trailer was left in good condition to (832)-225-6427.
What If I Have Trouble Hitching The Trailer By Myself?
Answer : We provide “How To” videos in your confirmation email. If you need immediate help, call our remote support line (832)-225-6427.
Rental Requirements
What do I need to book my trailer and pick up?
- Answer : You’ll need a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance for the towing vehicle, and a tow hitch for your vehicle.
Whats Size Ball Hitch Do I Need?
- Answer : All of our current trailers require a 2 5/16” ball hitch, but please verify on the information sheet for each trailer before booking as the ball sizes can vary as our fleet grows.
Does My Vehicle Need A Specific Wiring Plug?
- Answer : All of our current trailers require 7 way round plug, but please verify on the information sheet for each trailer before booking as the plug type can vary as our fleet grows.
Pricing & Deposits
Is there A Security Deposit?
Answer : There is not a security deposit required to book our trailers.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Answers : Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations will incur a 20% fee based on total booking cost.
Are There Late Return Fees?
Answer : We offer a 30 minute grace period. Beyond that, a late fee of $20 per hour will be applied.
Safety & Usage
Am I Responsible For Insurance?
Answer : Typically, your auto insurance covers the trailer while hitched. We recommend calling your insurance if you are unsure to confirm.
Can I take The Trailer Out Of State?
Answer : Currently on normal bookings we do not allow out of state travel, please call if you plan to use the trailer for out of state use.
What Happens If I Get A Flat Tire?
Answer : Every Rental includes a spare tire. For major issues, call our 24/7 support line listed on our website.
Do You Provide Tie Down Straps And Moving Blankets?
Answer : Yes! Every trailer rental includes 4 heavy duty ratcheting straps at no extra charge. 4 moving blankets are included in our enclosed cargo trailers at no extra charge.
Rental Rules
Can I Tow The Trailer With A Rental Car Or TrucK?
Answer : Most major car rental agencies do not allow their vehicles to tow trailers. Please check your rental car agreement specifically for “Towing Provisions” before booking with us.
What Is The "Payload Capacity" And Why Does It Matter?
Answer : Payload is the maximum weight the trailer can safely carry. Exceeding this limit is dangerous and can damage the trailer’s axles and tires. If you are unsure on the trailer you need, please give us a call.
Is There A Cleaning Fee?
Answer : We ask that trailers be returned in the same condition they were received, swept out and free of debris. A cleaning fee of $20 may be charged if the trailer requires significant cleaning after return.
